The Contest begins at 12:00 AM MST on February 1 , 2008, and all entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM MST on April 30, 2008, when the contest ends. Limit one (1) entry per person.
2. One winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 15, 2008, and will be notified by mail. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. Total prize valued up to $600.
3. Contest open to legal residents of Salt Lake, Utah and Washington Counties, who are 18 years of age or older, except employees of Beehive Credit Union, or its advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members.
4. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
5. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prize not transferable. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Only one prize per household.
6. Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; and (ii) winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, which must be returned within 10 days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen. Beehive Credit Union and its advertising and promotion agencies are not liable for any harm or damage arising out of this promotion or the use or misuse of any prize.
7. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
