Free Online Security Download

Beehive Credit Union has signed an agreement with Comodo, a New Jersey-based Internet security company, to offer our members VerificationEngine. With this new technology, certain Beehive Credit Union log-in pages are protected so you can authenticate their legitimacy before divulging confidential information.

Of course, no technology is fail-safe all on its own. You are still cautioned to follow our Bee Safe Guidelines (see sidebar at right) when using the Internet to access sensitive information. If you have questions, contact us before initiating any exchange of information online.

By running VerificationEngine, you are able to verify that the site you are visiting (or are directed to via email) can be trusted — essential in the current environment of fraudulent sites and faked emails. In order to give you confidence in email communications and online transactions, this innovative software has been made available free of charge by Beehive and Comodo.

This is how secure pages appear in your browser after the free VerificationEngine has been installed. Put your computer mouse over our logo and a green outline will appear on the outside edge of your screen with the words Authenticated by Comodo at the top.

Beehive is proud to partner with Comodo to offer you the latest tools to help you stay safe in your online interactions.
