Internet Account Agreement

1. Terms and Conditions
The first time you access your Beehive Credit Union account(s) through the Internet confirms your consent to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, acknowledges your receipt and understanding of this disclosure, and reconfirms your commitment to the Terms & Conditions, Electronic Transfers, Funds Availability, Truth In Savings, and Draft Account Agreement as described in the Understanding Your Account pamphlet you received when you opened your main share account at Beehive Credit Union.

Except as specifically provided for in this Agreement or where the law requires a different standard, you agree that neither the credit union nor the Internet Service Providers shall be responsible for any loss or property damage whether caused by the credit union, equipment, software or Internet access providers or any agent or subcontractor of any of the foregoing. Nor shall the credit union or the Internet Service Providers be responsible for any direct, indirect, special or consequential, economic or other damages arising in any way out of the installation, use or maintenance of the equipment, or software.

2. Authorization
I authorize Beehive Credit Union to post payment transactions generated through the Internet from Bill Pay to the account(s) indicated on my Bee-Online application. I authorize Beehive Credit Union to deduct from my Beehive Credit Union checking account any service fees related to Bill Pay as disclosed to me by Beehive Credit Union from time to time. I authorize Beehive Credit Union to disclose information about my Beehive Credit Union account(s) to third parties (including Payees) in order to complete transactions using Bill Pay. I authorize my Payees to disclose to Beehive Credit Union and its agents information regarding my account(s) with such Payees in order to complete transactions using Bill Pay including to resolve questions regarding such transactions.

3. Fees
Bee-Online: There are no fees for accessing your account(s) through the Internet. However, fees as described in the applicable product or account disclosure statements or fee schedules and Understanding Your Account pamphlet may apply to services ordered online and to transfer from a credit account.

Bill Pay: Bee-Online Internet account access is free. Please note that you will be charged a $30.00 fee for each attempted Bill Pay transaction that is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF).

4. Documentation
The Credit Union will not provide any receipt or documentation of the transfer or Bill Pay transaction other than through the regular account statement which will describe all Internet transactions as either Bee-Online Transfer or Bee-Online Bill Pay.

5. Preventing Misuse
You authorize Beehive Credit Union to follow any instructions entered through Bee-Online/Bill Pay. Remember, you have to enter your password in order to enter these instructions. Therefore, because your password can be used to access money in your accounts and can be used to access information about those accounts, you should treat your password with the same degree of care and secrecy that you use to protect other sensitive personal financial data. It is recommended that you memorize this password and do not write it down. You agree not to give your password or make it available to any person not authorized to access your checking account and other accounts. You are responsible for keeping your password, account numbers, and other account data confidential.

Sending electronic mail (E-mail) through the Internet is a way to communicate with the credit union. You may use E-mail to ask general questions and to provide feedback to the credit union. However, you cannot use E-mail to initiate transactions on your account. For security reasons, you should never send your SSN or account number through E-mail.
