Online Money Market Account

Beehive Credit Union has created a special Online Money Market Account for people who like the convenience, security and high rate of return that is only available online. Here are the details:

Interest Rate

  • The rate and yield will change based on an internal overnight funds index, and the current APY will be posted here on our Web site.
  • Interest will be paid monthly on a day-in-to-day-out computation method.
  • If the account is closed before interest is paid you will not receive accrued interest.

Balance

  • Minimum $100 opening deposit
  • $1,000 minimum balance to earn interest

Other Details

  • You must apply and open the account online.
  • Online funding is available.
  • Checks are available.
  • 6 withdrawals per month (3 by check) are allowed. There is a $10.00 fee per withdrawal or transfer over 6.
  • There is a $3.00 fee for withdrawals from the account at a branch. There is no fee for deposits to the account.
  • Business Accounts are not eligible for the Online Money Market Account.
