Frequently Asked Questions:

I cannot access my account! Where should I start?

  • Call your Beehive branch for your member number and password.
  • Password Incorrect: Please call your Beehive branch and we will establish a new password for you.
  • Account Inactive: Happens as a security measure when a user makes more than 5 attempts to login with an improper password. Call us at 801-484-8811 or 1-800-658-8588 and we will reactivate your account.

Can I change my password or other features in BeeOnline?

Yes. You can make changes to BeeOnline so that your experience is more convenient for you. Read more on customizing your BeeOnline.

What if I think somebody else knows my password?

Notify Beehive at once if you believe another person has improperly obtained your Internet password. Also notify us if someone has transferred (or you think someone may transfer) money from your account without your permission, or if you suspect any fraudulent activity on your account. To notify us, call 801-484-8811 or 1-800-658-8588 during business hours.

Can I make direct payments to loans listed with Bee-Online via account transfer?

Yes. Click on "Move Money" and then on "Beehive Transfer." Or, you can click on "Account Transfer" at the top of the page. If your loan account is not listed, please call Beehive Credit Union (801-484-8811 or 1-800-658-8588).

Are there fees associated with Bee-Online or Bill Pay?

Bee-Online Internet account access and Bill Pay are free. Please note that you will be charged a $30 fee for each attempted Bill Pay transaction that is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF). If your Bill Pay account becomes inactive and no bills are paid for 3 months, you will be charged a $3.00 inactive Bill Pay fee.

Why do I need to allow 5 days for my Bill Pay transaction?

In order to provide sufficient time for payments to be received by your vendor, the transaction date entered for each payment must be at least 5 business days prior to the date your payment is due. Beehive Credit Union will not be responsible for any loss you may incur as a consequence of late payment if your actual transaction date is not at least 5 business days prior to the due date for your payment.

How do I change my session time out?

"Change Time" Out is found in "User Options" - It is the amount of time you can remain inactive before being automatically logged out of Bee-Online. For your own security, keep this time setting as short as possible.

Once logged into my account, how do I log off?

To log off of your account, please use the "Exit" button. This will expire all cookies that were set in your session. Do not use the Back key or close your browser.
