Change Your Options

If you click the "Change Options" button, you will find that you have the ability to:

 

If BeeOnline doesn't all fit in your Screen.

1. Minimize all of your windows so you can see your desktop. A quick way to do this is by holding down the Windows key on your keyboard and pressing the "D" key.

2. Right-click on a blank area on your desktop (i.e. NOT on an icon).

3. Select "Properties".

4. In the window that comes up, click on the tab at the top which says "Settings."

5. In the area on the left that says "Screen resolution" move the slider to the right. You want it to be at "1024 by 768 pixels" or LARGER. "800 by 600 pixels" is too small and you will not be able to see our webpage properly.

6. After you have moved the slider, click "OK."

7. If a window comes up that says "Your desktop has been reconfigured. Do you want to keep these settings?" Click on "Yes.”

8. Try logging into Bee-Online again. It should all fit on your screen.

  • Change your password.
    • Click on Change Options
    • Select Change Password
    • Enter the requested information
    • Click on Change Password
  • Change your time out settings.
    • Click on Change Options
    • Select your desired timeout setting from the menu
    • Click on Change Timeout
  • Add enhaced security to a computer, or remove enhanced securtiy - this means, you don't have to answer your security questions everytime you long on, unless you delete your cookies.
    • Click on Change Options
    • If using a computer at your home or a non-public computer you'll use to log into your account often, select the button to " Add extra security to this computer."
    • Click Submit
    • To remove, select the remove button and click submit.
  • Change your email address.
    • Click Change Options
    • select e-mail address
    • Click Change e-mail address
  • Change the History Date Range shown in your account history to one of the following:
    • Current month.
    • The same date the previous month to the current day.
    • The current and previous months.
      • Click on Change Options
      • Select History Date Range
      • Select the history you would like to see from the drop down menu.
  • Change the order of your account history.
    • Most recent to oldest.
    • Oldest to most recent.
      • Click on Change Options
      • Select Defaut History Sort Order
      • Select Ascending or Descending from the menu
      • Click on Change Sort Order
  • Change between graphic and text mode.
  • Change the page that comes up when you log in to your account.
    • Click on Change Options
    • Select Change Start Page
    • Choose the page you would like to see when you log in from the drop down menu
    • Click on Change Start Page
  • Change your account nicknames.
    • Click on Change Options
    • Select Change Account Nickname
    • Enter your desired nicknames in the name fields available
    • Click Change
  • Set up challenge questions.
    • Click on Change Options
    • Select Challenge Question Setup
    • Select questions from the drop down menus and answer them
    • Verify your email address
    • Click Continue

Other Exciting BeeOnline Features

  • View check images for up to one year after they've cleared, shortly after they've cleared.
    • While viewing your checking account history click on the check number you would like to view.
  • You can link your accounts . If you are a signer on multiple accounts, you can view them all through one account login on BeeOnline.
    • Contact a Beehive representative to find out if this feature is available with your accounts.
  • Contact us with your questions.
    • Simply click on “Contact Us” to send us a secure email with your specific questions. We'll get back to you in a timely manner, during business hours, with your answers.
  • Schedule transfers within your account.
    • Click on Scheduled transfers at the top of every page in Bee-Online
    • Fill in the requested information and select the frequency of your transfer
    • You'll receive and email alerting you to the transfer's completion each time it's made.
  • Export your account information into finance software like Quicken or Money.
    • Call to have an Internet Branch Specialist walk you through exporting or importing your information.
  • Change the way items are sorted in your account history. You can sort your account history according to the date the transaction occurred, the check number, or whether it was a debit or a credit.
    • Simply click on the heading you'd like to sort by: Date, Check #, Transaction, Debit or Credit.
  • Transfer Money between Beehive and your other financial institutions.
    • Just click on Transfer Funds and follow the prompts.
  • Add new accounts at Beehive. Want another savings account to set aside money for that new computer or vacation?
    • Click on Open Accounts and add a secondary savings account.
  • Apply for new loans at Beehive.
    • Click on Apply for Loans and find out if you qualify for that new car or other loan you're looking for.
  • Order new checks online. Once you've ordered checks through Beehive, you can do it online.
    • Click on Order Checks
    • Enter the requested information
    • If you get an error that says there is no order history, please contact a Beehive representative at (801)484-8811
  • Find out how much interest you've earned or paid . While looking at your account history, there's a link in the yellow title bar at the top of your history called “Account Info.”
    • Clicking on this link will bring up a box that includes the current and previous year's interest paid or earned.
